Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Senior Sales Consultant to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Horeca industry, proven experience in consultative sales, and a successful track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. This role is responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding business with existing accounts, and achieving ambitious sales and GMV targets while delivering exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities


Sales

  • Drive new customer acquisition across hotels, restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, bakeries, and catering businesses.
  • Own and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, closure, and account onboarding.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to build and increase Sedna Horeca's market share in Hyderabad.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales and monthly GMV targets.

Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers including owners, chefs, procurement managers, and operations teams.
  • Ensure high customer retention through regular engagement, business reviews, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 510 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the Horeca, Food Service, FMCG, Hospitality, or Food Ingredients industry.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving revenue and business growth targets.
  • Strong network within the Hyderabad hospitality ecosystem will be an added advantage.
  • Experience handling key accounts and consultative selling environments.
