Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Manager to lead our Corporate Ticketing team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in domestic and international ticketing, team management, and hands-on experience with the Galileo GDS. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth travel operations, maintaining service quality, and leading the ticketing team efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Corporate Ticketing team.
- Handle domestic & international flight bookings, reissues, cancellations, and refunds.
- Ensure timely processing of travel requests with high accuracy.
- Monitor team performance and provide training and guidance.
- Resolve escalations and maintain excellent client service.
- Coordinate with airlines and vendors for operational support.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and service quality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Galileo GDS (Mandatory)
- Expertise in domestic & international air ticketing
- Knowledge of fare rules, reissues, refunds, and visa/travel documentation
- Excellent leadership and team handling skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline
- 10-12 years of experience in Corporate Travel & Ticketing
- Minimum 5 years of experience in leading a team
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
