CAD Support Engineer Fresher

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CAD Support Engineer to join our team. The candidate will assist in supporting CAD software applications, troubleshoot technical issues, provide user assistance, and help maintain CAD standards and workflows. This role is ideal for recent graduates interested in CAD technologies, engineering design, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for CAD software users.
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining CAD applications.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and drawing-related issues.
• Support engineers and designers with CAD-related queries.
• Create and maintain CAD templates, libraries, and standards.
• Document support requests and resolutions.
• Coordinate with senior engineers and software vendors when required.
• Conduct basic user training and prepare technical documentation.
• Monitor system performance and report recurring issues.
• Ensure compliance with company CAD standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Basic knowledge of CAD software such as:

• NX
• Solid edge
• AutoCAD
• SolidWorks
• CATIA
• Creo
• Understanding of engineering drawings and design principles.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
