Job Description


The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving growth within existing accounts, acquiring new customers, and collaborating closely with delivery and engineering teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through both existing account expansion and new logo acquisition.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Generate and qualify leads, conduct market research, and identify new business opportunities.

Prepare account plans, executive presentations, market reports, and competitive analyses.

Manage vendor portfolios and maintain accurate records and pipeline visibility using CRM tools.

Independently engage with customer stakeholders, including Managers and Directors, and lead business discussions.

Collaborate effectively with delivery, engineering, and presales teams to develop and deliver customer solutions.

Travel as required to support customer engagements and business development activities.

We would like you to bring along

Mandatory: Strong domain expertise in Storage and Virtualization services with a proven track record of selling IT services.

3 4 years of experience in sales, customer success, lead generation, and business development.

Demonstrated success in both farming existing accounts and hunting for net-new opportunities.

Excellent research and analytical skills, including company profiling, market intelligence, report generation, and executive-level presentations.

Strong understanding of CRM tools and pipeline management.

Confident client-facing professional with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work cross-functionally with delivery, engineering, and presales teams.

Willingness to travel and independently manage customer meetings and engagements.
