Responsibilities

Competent professional with over 4 - 7 years of rich experience in Team Handling , C2H staffing.
Should be able to help team members in reaching the targets.
Should have experience in tech skills.
Skills/Experience
sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidates and maintain records.
The role also involves tasks like coordinating interviews, interview follow-ups and Calling
Strong IT Recruitment hiring expertise-Good understanding of tech roles, skills and industry standards.
Expertise on Job portals -Ability to leverage Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals
