-should be responsible for end to end recruitment.
-Understanding client brief and sourcing potential candidates.
-Assessing their skills against the client JD/requirement.
-Handling complete recruitment life cycle from understanding of client requirement,mapping,initial screening/candidate interaction,meeting/interview scheduling,etc.
-validation of profiles prior to presenting to the clients
