Job Description

Job Title/Role: Team leader- US Collections
Total Experience: 5-7 years
Relevant Experience: 2 years in handling team
Shift Timings: Rotational Shift
Job location: Bhayandar

Job Description:
Should have a good understanding of workings of a BPO & should have spent a minimum of 5 to 7 years in the industry
Relevant Team Lead experience in years: minimum 2 years experience of managing a team in a collections domain
Is U.S collection a must
The leader would be required to drive collections either within Inbound or Outbound (manual as well as dialer based portfolio) setup.
Managing a group of 15 to 20 FTE & driving client metrics like PTC% (Promise to contact), AHT, $ collected & Call Quality.
Comfortable for rotational shifts (24*7) & working on the weekend as well.
