Inviting applications for the role of AM, Source to PayWe are looking for Support Spot Buys for Indirect Categories and drive Savings for manufacturing client across geographies

Responsibilities- Execution on the developed category strategy gathered in the category cards;
- Negotiate with suppliers to get the best bids; route the spend with preferred supplier wherever possible
- Develop, evaluate and lead internal and external relationships with suppliers, Category team and other cross-functional teams for area of direct accountability;
- Driving the preparation of proposals, quotations and competitive bids with pertinent, useful specifications, terms and conditions;
- Support broader transformation of the Category through supplier consolidation, PVLs, regional and global catalogs, introducing consistent buying channels;
- Carry-out and make sure compliance to Procurement policies and procedures;
- Recommend and implement process improvements
- Degree in Science / Commerce
- Significant experience in Procurement / Sourcing Operations in Manufacturing / BPO industries
- Understanding of RFQ Issuance, Req to PO
- Knowledge of LSS concepts
- Exposure to interaction with Global Suppliers
- Good Knowledge of MS Office Applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and other teamwork tools
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Supplier & Partner Management
- exposure in Coupa/Ariba Other Legacy ERP applications
