Job Description

Asst.Manager/ Deputy Manager- Accounts Inter CA with around 10 years of experience

Location:-Ahmedabad

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Dump Invoice checking
Ageing / outstanding Analysis
Rate chart scheme working
MEL - Implementation & Controls
TA/DA checking & Forwarding
Clearance of Parties pending issues of any nature, if pending as per Price Chart
Bank Collection deposition in bank
Monthly Ledger/Balance Confirmation C/N , D/N printing & follow-up
Office administration .
C&F bills checking & Forwarding
Order checking & Authorization
Dump stock entries checking & Reconciliation of all depot of Gujarat
TPC bill checking & Forwarding
To Work at other branch as required (i.e AHM, SRT)
