Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Invoice to Cash - Billing
We are looking for someone with deep understanding and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to cash application and coordinating with customer
Responsibilities
Monthly Closing: posting of accounting provisions for revenue and blocking invoices.
Billing of different account Entities
Interaction with sales for correction and improvement of the invoicing process
Creation of CN (credit notes)
Managing Jira tickets
Client s refund
Clearing clients accounts
Following the unbilled revenue account and reverse accruals in the timely manner
Creation of proforma and clearing the advance payment account
Analysis of rebates
Check Sepa and Credit card runs
Analysis of client accounts and revenue GL (general ledger) accounts
To be in touch with the client, by phone or email
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Graduate in Commerce (B. Com/M. Com)
Freshers are not eligible
Good at English language skills (verbal and written)
Meaningful Experience
Preferred qualifications
Strong Interpersonal Skills (Clear verbal and written Communication, Problem solving, etc.)
Significant experience in Billing or similar profile
