We are glad to inform you all that Tech Mahindra is hiring for Customer Service Associate in Voice Process for Kolkata Location for one of Leading Telecom project (Work From Office)

Designation

• Customer Support Associate (CSA).

Job Profile

• Have to resolute customers query over Calls & Emails (Semi -Voice process)

Mandatory Criteria

• Min Graduation Passed.
• Experience with minimum 1 Year Exp in BPO from any Email process can apply
• Must have excellent verbal English & Hindi communication skills & written in English
• Should have a typing speed of 40WPM with 90% accuracy

Other requirement

• Customer orientation.
• Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
• No planned leave for upcoming 3 months post joining
• Shift 9 hour a day, with 8 hrs work and 1-hour break

Interview Structure- (Telephonic)

• HR round - General check
• Typing test (40WPM/90% Accuracy)
• Online test
• Client round

• Offer Letter, Last 3 Salary Slip, Bank Statement, Release / Experience Letter (mandatory)
