Talent Acquisition Specialist @ HARMAN

• 5 to 8 - yrs of technology recruitment experience

• Sourcing and screening of profiles as per business needs.

• Responsible for end to end hiring

• Participate and drive hiring events.

• Engage candidates post offer till onboarding

• Meet defined SLA s monthly hiring targets and timelines.

What you need:

• Strong sourcing skills and full lifecycle hiring

• Proven experience in souring for both generic and niche/super niche skills

• Experience in volume hiring a big plus.

• Experience working in a technology company or supporting hiring for a technology organization is a must preferably in embedded or automotive software domain.

• Experience in a SLA drive environment.

• Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality;

• Willing to work under pressure and ambiguity, independent and flexible;

• Proven experience working in a fast paced, SLA driven and dynamic environment.

• Must have good understanding of technology hiring

• Hard-working, results-oriented;

• Passionate about recruiting, good interviewing and selection skills, and have good knowledge of talent market

• Excellent communication and coordination skills, and a good team player;

• Technical proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
