Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Unit Sales Managers and drive strategy; planning and implementing
  the sales plan to achieve the desired sales objectives
• Primarily responsible for sales budget and portfolio profitability across all the product
  groups of the business sourced from partner channels through the location
• The product groups that the role holder will be responsible include home insurance
• Conduct regular and timely training of the partner channel members on new products,
  process rollout and thereafter conduct refresher modules
• Accountable for managing the partner relation at location level day to day
