Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership in development of testing design in ADAS systems
- Cooperation with Test Leaders and Test Teams in introduction proper testing strategy for particular projects and products needs
- Provision expert and issue solving knowledge for test teams in test development, execution, requirements review
- Coach other Test Team members
- Participation in functional tests performed in vehicles
- Stay up-to-date with latest and state of the art VV techniques for ADAS products
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree or higher in Electrical Engineer/Computer Science
- 9+ years of automotive test/validation work experience required
- Experience with test design and development for ADAS/Active Safety development
- Hands on experience in HIL or SIL testing strategies is a must
- Proficiency with standard engineering tools
- Familiar with Agile development methodologies and test driven development
- Ability to work effectively within a global matrix environment
- Self motivated, result driven individual, must be passionate about the work
- Fluent in both written and spoken English

Eligibility Requirements:
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
- Willingness to work in an office located in Bangalore, India.
