Hiring for Telecom process.

Handling customer queries via Email.

Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Education:- Undergraduate/Graduate
  • Experience:- 8 month in Email or Chat
  • Languages:- Excellent English
  • Age:- 18-35 years
  • Immediate joiners are preferable.

Shift timing 8 AM to 8 PM any 9 hours 1 Week-off rotational
