Job Description

Scrum Master

Candidate must have 8 years of experience in software engineering
Responsible for day to day operations for scrum teams
Accountable for capturing accurate time entry data for scrum teams
Ensures that appropriate help is extented to scrum teams
Responsible for managing stakeholders expectations in a highly matrixed organization
Ensures that teams are motivated, engaged, and aware of what is expected from them, while seeking fun
Ensures that commitments are delivered on time with Quality
Must be a strong team player with one team attitude across geographies and functions
Experience working in an highly Agile environment is required
Experience or exposure to HCM industry is highly desirable

Qualification : Bachelors in an Engineering degree is required
