Position : MIS ( Sr. Officer /Associate Manager -Trade Sales) @ Cement Industry

Location : Delhi

1. Exposure to Connectivity , channel operations - Cement Sale & Channel Partner - Dealer & Retailer Network.

2. Good in Verbal and Written Communication with Proficiency in Multiple Languages as

Advantage

3. Supportive in Nature with Problem Solving Attitude

4 Self Motivated with Quick Learner of New Processes

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Responsibilities handling MIS and various reports basis Daily / Weekly / Monthly basis as per management requirement

2. Should be Good in MS Office (Especially in MS Excel) , SQL & VBA will be Extra Advantage

3 Understand Recurring Issues and Highlight for Process / System Improvement / Correction.

4. Ensure Adherence to defined Query Resolution TAT and highlight concerns impacting resolution TAT to Manager to ensure TATs are maintained.
