Project Manager
Job Description:-
- Prior Experience in Commercial construction with Structural Steel construction would be desirable
- Supervise all construction activities, providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities including HSE management.
- Coordinate all agencies at the site and manage smooth flow of work.
- Timely preparation of material indents, equipment requirement, labour requirement as per the schedule and ensure continuity of work.
- Ability to prepare progress site reports and presentation for management.
- Ability to coordinate with Architects for timely issue of drawing and clarifications.
- Project planning
Monitoring all execution work,
Projectprogressive report updation & implementation
Workers planning
Project fund planning.
Co-ordination with project head.
Staff duty planning.
Billing planning etc
- Working knowledge of engineering design; working knowledge of drafting,
- Ability to interface with other disciplines on projects is required
- Manage projects(scope, budget, schedule) and work with sub-consultants and team members to assure the quality of work throughout project execution
- Excellent analytical, presentation and communication skills
- Experience of having worked on software like Auto CAD
- Positive attitude, Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented.
