Job Description
Job Title: Product Development ManagerReporting to: CTO
Job location: Ahmedabad
What youll do in this role:
Manages a team to deliver complex and large-scale technology development and solutions that provide business value and meet customer requirements, encouraging teams use of innovative approaches and tools to solve high impact, complex problems.
Applies technical expertise to provide direction and make commercial decisions focused on wider converged technology lifecycle, setting roadmaps and defining and driving towards a desired future state
Drives teams understanding of customer and user centric technical process design, driving and implementing improvements to enhance the customer and user experience.
Stakeholder relationships (senior customers, vendors, suppliers) and facilitates mutually beneficial negotiations to develop solutions, ensuring they meet current and emerging business and technical needs.
Proactively solving business problems and dealing with uncertainty e.g. demand profile planning including location, skill and resource. Manage paradoxical problems on improving the quality of delivery against reducing overall costs.
What you will bring in this Job:
1. Min 7+yrs exp in Software Development and very strong hands on exp in JAVA8 & Spring Boot
2. Hands-on experience with Hibernate/JPA
3. Added advantage if known MicroServices and Design Patterns
4. Experience working with tools like Git, Jenkins, Maven
5. Working knowledge with Oracle or MySQL Database
6. Strong agile/scrum development experience
7. Ability to manage a Team of Software Developers
8. Education - Bachelor in Engineering/Science/Computer
