Job Description

Dual mandate of internal modernization PLUS high-end tech-product delivery for Pharma clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Internal Modernization: Transition the Medical Communications entitys internal workflows from spreadsheets/emails to a centralized ERP/CRM/HRMS.
• Product Delivery (SDLC): Lead the architecture and delivery of custom Pharma solutions: LMS, Patient Engagement Apps, and DRM-based Digital Libraries.
• Pharma Compliance: Ensure all digital products meet strict regulatory standards (GxP, HIPAA, Data Security).
• Team Founding: Personally, vet and hire an internal "Product Cell" of developers and designers.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Pure Technical Mandatory: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech in CS or IT.

Experience: 1215+ years (Must have a strong "hands-on" technical foundation).

Persona Taskmaster: Methodical, process-driven, and intolerant of vague progress.

Hybrid Skill: Technical + Commercial: Ability to justify CapEx/OpEx spends to the Board with ROI logic.

Founding Grit: Willingness to build the department from scratch (hiring, SOPs, tool selection).
