This opening is for the sister company of Capacite Infraprojects Ltd

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of multiple projects within defined timelines, scope, and budgets.
• Drive project schedules, milestones, resource planning, and ensure timely closure of deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal leadership teams, cross-functional departments, vendors, stakeholders, and external clients for seamless project execution.
• Establish strong governance frameworks, project controls, reporting mechanisms, and compliance standards.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation plans.
• Chair project review meetings, prepare executive-level dashboards, MOMs, action trackers, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Act as the key liaison between technical teams, business teams, management, and clients to ensure alignment on priorities and expectations.
• Oversee change management processes, scope revisions, and impact analysis on timelines/costs.
• Provide strategic inputs for process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiency.
• Review technical solutions and collaborate with development teams with hands-on understanding of SQL databases and software development lifecycle.
• Monitor project budgets, cost controls, vendor commercials, and optimize resource utilization.
• Mentor junior coordinators/project teams and build strong execution capabilities across functions.
