Technical Lead (Fullstack + AWS) in Pune @ Gfl Recruitment

Job Description

Following are the key responsibilities of the position -

Providing technical leadership to the team

Managing customer satisfaction

Hands on with technology - Design/Develop/Review complex modules by self if needed

Implementing continuous improvements in engineering practices - including process optimization, tools adoption and encouraging automation, impart training etc.

 

Required Skills

Technical Leadership

Mentoring/Guiding and unblocking team on daily basis

In-depth reviews of design, code, tests, manuals, processes

Implement process improvements as and when required

Owning quality and schedule of deliveries made by team

Implementing best software engineering practices in team peer reviews, automations

Customer Management

Understanding of customer requirements & helping customers with elaboration of hidden requirements

Proposing design alternatives

Timely Identifying risks (Technical and Non Technical) and effectively communicating

Owning customer satisfaction for deliverables made by team

Technical Expertise: Minimum 4-5 years of hands on experience on following

Front-end development using React, Typescript, Javascript, HTML5/CSS

Backend development using Python, NodeJS (Proficient in at least one of them)
