Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a B2B Segment Logistics Operations Manager with a minimum of 3 years of experience to oversee our logistics operations for the B2B segment of our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of products to our customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires a strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the logistics operations for the B2B segment of the business
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers
  • Manage transportation, warehousing, and inventory management activities
  • Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party logistics providers
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to logistics operations
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to logistics operations
  • Manage a team of logistics professionals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations management, preferably in the B2B segment
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
  • Ability to analyze logistics data and identify areas for improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience managing a team of logistics professionals
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to logistics operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software
