Job Description

1. Leads the Project Team and takes accountability for delivery.
2. Identifies Dependencies, Constraint and risks that may come up on the Project and Foster Positive Communication/Collaborative Work Environment and resolve issue among team.
3. Develop BOQ of Projects and gets the Approval from Client through Mail.
4. Project Execution and Monitor /Control Baseline (Scope, Time and Cost) and initiates corrective action when necessary.
5. Responsible for Project Completion on time, on/under budget with the coordination of Stake holders in the project.
6. Develop a Highly organized and systematic approach to producing a project Understands the necessity to keep team and project task lists updated and complete to grow into a Next Level.

Note: Should have proven experience in commercial (Retail) projects
