Sr Manager for Billing, Planning & Budgeting @ Radiant Dynamic

Job Description

We have an urgent requirement of Sr Manager with our Client in MP-Bhopal for its building project

Min Exp-10 years and above exp

Will be responsible to handle the Billing, Planning & Budgeting of Building Projects from the corporate office

Brief JD:

- He should have worked on good building projects

- He should have good understanding of reading drawings and details

- He should have good understanding of Material rates

- He should have good understanding of Labour skills

- He should be proficient in doing the rate analysis

- He should be proficientin MS office, Excel is a must

- He should know how to Plan Budget and Reconciliation for the month

- He should know how to issue Work Orders in SAP and process the bills

- He should know how to operate CAD (proficiency not required)

- He should have good communication skills in English & Hindi language

- He should be active and can take on challenging tasks.
