As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the development, implementation, and delivery of IT projects. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project goals, timelines, and budgets are met. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and task management. Lead cross-functional teams, facilitating collaboration between development, operations, and support teams. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Ensure compliance with company and industry standards, including security, quality, and regulatory requirements. Provide regular updates and status reports to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and project health. Manage project budgets and track expenses, ensuring optimal allocation of resources. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies. Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications are a plus.) Experience : 3+ years of experience in IT project management or similar roles, preferably in [industry, e.g., "software development" or "cloud infrastructure"]. Skills Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana). Problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address project challenges. Preferred Skills Familiarity with cloud technologies, software development lifecycle, and/or DevOps practices. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
