Job Description

    Job Description: We are a dynamic travel organization looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with excellent communication skills, able to resolve customer issues with a "customer-first" mindset. This role involves voice-based interaction with US customers, primarily in the travel sector, and requires knowledge of US geography to assist customers effectively. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to US-based customers, offering assistance with travel-related inquiries and bookings. Provide clear, effective communication to resolve customer issues related to travel services, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Use your knowledge of US geography to answer customer queries and help in planning travel itineraries. Assist customers with booking, changes, and cancellations in the travel system, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Meet or exceed performance targets while adhering to company policies and providing excellent customer service. Record customer interactions and follow up as necessary. Requirements: Exceptional communication skills in English, both spoken and written. At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a travel-related field. Strong understanding of US geography, including cities, states, and popular travel destinations. Comfortable with voice-based sales and support, assisting US-based customers primarily through phone communication. A background in the travel industry is highly desirable.
