Job Description
- IT Business Analyst (Note - Candidate should be from healthcare background only) Role Primary Responsibility: As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for defining and documenting functional requirements and risk analysis using solution management tools and processes, and define testing strategy for solution outcomes using manual, exploratory and automated test methodologies. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead and own discussions between development teams, subject matter experts, internal users or client-facing teams to clarify user stories, track issues or resolve problems. Reporting Structure: This role will report to the Head - IT and will have an indirect reporting to the Strategy team. Job Description: Analyze User requirements and enhancement requests. Creating tests at various levels, including unit, functional, integration, smoke, stress, and performance (added advantage); understand the strengths and weaknesses of each level Prepare Test Data and maintain existing test artifacts. Document and produce daily activities report Coordinate and liaise with relevant parties for project related items Support in the smooth rollout of initiatives through pre and post-implementation activities Metrics & Organization Management: Performance Metrics: TAT Customer Satisfaction Working on FDs based requirement understanding Documentation ManagementQualifications, Experience and Education Requirements Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Business Management in Healthcare with minimum of 3 years experience in a similar function Sound functional knowledge of Healthcare domain Mandatory Experience in a similar role preferably in Hospitals/ Large Clinics Proficiency in MS office Mandatory Skills Fluency in written and spoken English Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills. Strong Problem solving and decision-making skills. Client interaction and achieving desired targets. Understanding and analyzing requirements. QA Testing of the products.
