As an Application Production Support Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Internet and Mobile Banking applications. Candidate should have strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in supporting complex financial applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor through APM tool and troubleshoot production issues related to Internet and Mobile Banking applications.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve defects, implement fixes, and deploy releases.
Provide 24/7 on-call / Physical support for critical production issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for application support.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Security, and Business).
Implement automation scripts for repetitive tasks.
Ensure Security compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Skills Required:
2+ years of experience in application production support.
Strong knowledge of banking applications, internet, and mobile banking platforms.
Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, etc.) will be added advantage .
Experience with database management systems (Oracle, MySQL, etc.).
Understanding of IT service management frameworks (ITIL).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail.
Good in documentation
Qualifications & Experience:
BE, BCA, MCA, BSC IT, MSC IT.
2+ Years of experience
ITIL Foundation, Redhat Certification
