Job Description
- Position: Sr. Maintenance Engineer Location: Greater Noida Roles and Responsibilities: To Keep the equipments in perfect operating conditions to avoid interruptions in production, maintenance of all manufacturing equipments installed in the plant. Avoid reoccurrence of NCs or mistakes in new products or existing whenever possible. Cost saving initiatives by participating in organizational interventions aimed at optimizing output and minimizing cost. To ensure attending of complaints on time raised by process owners at shop floor. To adhere to preventive schedule for maintenance and ensure downsizing in repetition of problems. Maintenance of all electric fittings and wirings in the plant. Identifying suitable source for purchase of electric fitting required for plant maintenance activities. Procuring or informing purchase dept. on time to procure required material for material for maintenance activities. Maintenance and upkeep of maintenance store. Maintaining MTTB and MTTR. Overall, in change of plant maintenance. Highlighting all escalations to top management with possible solutions. Take account of critical parts and inventory and ensure that they are easily available as when required. To ensure there is no breakdown in machine. Maintain schedule and roaster of the department and share the same with HR with timely basis. Identify best vendors for supplying inventory for maintenance needs. Formulating projects and management programs against set objective and target pertaining to Quality & EHS. Help create technical documentation and manuals. Basic Knowledge of Maintenance Technologies. Preferred work experience as Maintenance Engineer & similar role. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills Flexible to support "round-the-clock" operations Flexibility to some travelling Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite, and official manner, both written and verbal, desire to grow and learn new technologies. Team spirit & Create Daily MIS Reports for Manager. Qualifications Requirements Qualification: BE/ BTech. /Diploma in Electricals/Mechanical Engineering Competency & Skillset Required Critical Thinker Problem Solver Stakeholders Management Risk Assessment (Preventive, Corrective & Predictive) Vendor Management Cost Negotiation Mandatory Requirements Language: Good Verbal & written English Language & Local Language. Comm Skills: Intermediate Comm & Presentable Skills. Must be having basic computer knowledge like MS Office. Must be having experience in Manufacturing Setup. Having experience in Greenfield projects. Having Experience End to End Plant Setup. Candidate must be from nearby or Greater Noida City only.
