Job Description
- Job Title: SAP QM Lead Total Experience: 6-8 Years Location: Pune(Work From Office) Mandatory Skills: QM Configuration, Design of reports, interfaces, enhancements forms & workflows(RICEF as part of Fit-Gap Analysis) Roles & Responsibilities: Working with the Process Team Lead in the analysis and decomposition of current business processes, perform the scripting exercises, and design and configure the SAP system to support the organizations "To-Be" process vision. This implies providing design for integration with all other modules of SAP MM, PP, SD Conduct workshops and presentations to validate business design with the user community. Good understanding of SAP functionality with hand-on standard configuration for the module. Design of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions Enhancements, Forms and Workflows. (RICEFW as part of Fit-Gap Analysis). Execution of the system unit testing and integration testing. This includes performing the test, making changes in configuration based on results, and error resolution. Working with the end user documentation team in the identification of business processes and system tasks to be documented as well as providing training to the end user training and development team. Design Authorization profiles (T-code as well as Fiori) Provide post-implementation production support. Desirable Candidate Profile: General skills - Needs to have Good Oral and written communication; good analytical and problem solving capability; Ready to learn, Ready to work in flexible timing based on customer location overlap, shift timings, flexible to put extra efforts; preferable experience in handling international clients; SAP certification will be preferred; Worked as independent SAP QM consultant on real life SAP Implementation, Roll-out & Support projects; Should have knowledge of project management methodology, Exposure in S/4HANA Activate methodology Must be an experienced functional consultant of Quality Management -. Quality Notification quality Inspection Maintain Quality inspection plan Usage Decision QM processes in Inwarding/Goods Receipt (Integration with MM) QM processes in EWM QM Processes in PP Result Recording In-Process Inspection Final Inspection Technologies Required: QM configuration (ECC and S/4HANA) Design of Reports, Interfaces, Conversions Enhancements, Forms and Workflows. (RICEFW as part of Fit-Gap Analysis). Project management methodology (ASAP, Activate) Good at MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) SAP ECC6, S/4HANA Knowledge of MM-QM, PP-QM, EWM-QM will be preferred Exposure to SOLMAN, FIORI is added advantage Qualification Required: BE / MBA Experience Minimum 4 to 6 Years in SAP preferably from automotive industry or Manufacturing Industry.,
