Core Responsibilities: Develop and maintain reporting systems to track key performance and metrics relevant to the organizations goals and objective. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of the reports and dashboard. Rationalize, Enhance, Transform, and automate reports as required by business teams. Perform adhoc analysis and root cause analysis to address specific reporting/business challenges. Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide insights to stakeholders to support informed decision-making. Translate data into customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders. Ensure data accuracy and consistency through following standard control procedure and adhere to Citis Risk and Control guidelines. Experience and Expertise Required: 1+ years of experience in BigData systems, Hive, Hadoop, Spark (Python) and cloud-based data management technologies. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or similar software. Know-How of digital channels, marketing and various methods / tools business use to reach and engage with their audience. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Digital Business and Expertise in Adobe Site Catalyst, Clickstream Data is an added advantage. Contribute to organizational initiatives in areas including competency development, training, organizational building activities, etc. Educational and Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
