Job Overview Senior ERP Implementation Project Manager with 7 to 10 years of experience. Full-Time position based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. CN Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead ERP implementation projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and maintenance. This role requires strong project management, technical, and leadership skills. Qualifications And Skills Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field 7 to 10 years of experience in managing ERP implementation projects Strong understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and processes Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale ERP projects on time and within budget Experience in project management methodologies and tools Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) are preferred Roles And Responsibilities Lead and manage ERP implementation projects, ensuring they are delivered within scope, budget, and time constraints Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define project requirements and objectives Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members Manage vendor relationships and coordinate external resources as necessary Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management Ensure compliance with project management best practices and industry standards Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes and methodologies Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members,
