Job Description
- Location: Mysore, Karnataka Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 3-5 Years Position Overview: As an Electronics Procurement Executive at CEAD, you will be a key player in sourcing and procuring electronic components and materials. Your role includes supplier management, negotiation, and ensuring timely, cost-effective supply while upholding the highest quality standards. Collaborating with various internal teams, you will contribute to the success of our R&D and daily production operations. Skill Required: 1. Knowledge of electronic components, materials, and manufacturing processes. 2. Material Planning: Skill in forecasting demand and managing inventory. 3. Supplier Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships. 4. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities for favorable pricing and terms. 5. Analytical Skills: Analyzing market trends and optimizing procurement strategies. 6. Communication Skills: Effective written and verbal communication. 7. Supply Chain Management: Understanding supply chain principles. 8. Knowledge about Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of logistics, import/export regulations, and industry-specific compliance. 9. Knowledge of Microsoft tools and procurement software. 10. Language Proficiency: English & Hindi Job Responsibility: 1. Perform data entry and provide administrative support to the purchasing team including but not limited to: Maintenance of supplier contacts Maintaining parts and supplier databases Updating pricing and order database Set up new suppliers to be added to the approved vendor list 2. Issue purchase orders by ERP system and release engineering specifications for all materials required. 3. Prepare requests for quotation, analyze supplier response, negotiate pricing, and confirm purchase within budgetary limitations. 4. Request and follow up on quotations from suppliers 5. Maintain an established approved vendor list. 6. Order placement and follow-up to completion 7. Shipment tracking/tracing and expediting 8. Identifies opportunities and implements actions to achieve efficiencies 9. Serves as part of the Purchase team and maintains and manages business relationships with key suppliers to maintain the quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to contractual terms 10. Additional duties as assigned. Education qualification: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Gender: Male/Female,
