Job Type: Full-TimeMinimum Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Manufacturing Engineering Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings (GD&T knowledge preferred) Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, and cutting parameters Experience: 2-5 years of experience in a CNC machining / precision manufacturing environment Hands-on experience with CNC milling, turning, jig boring, and precision machining processes Job Responsibilities:1. CNC Production Planning & Execution Plan and oversee CNC machining operations to ensure on-time production Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for various materials Optimize cycle time and tool life to improve efficiency and reduce costs 2. Engineering Drawing Interpretation & Process Control Read and interpret engineering drawings with GD&T specifications Define work holding methods, tool paths, and machining sequences Ensure components meet dimensional accuracy and quality standards 3. Machine Setup & Process Optimization Supervise and guide CNC machine operators during setup and production Troubleshoot machine errors, tool wear, and dimensional issues Continuously improve machining processes to reduce scrap and rework 4. Quality Control & Inspection Ensure machined parts conform to tolerance limits and surface finish requirements Work with the quality department to resolve machining defects and non-conformities Use calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and CMM for dimensional verification 5. Production Monitoring & Reporting Track daily production output, downtime, and rejection rates Maintain process documentation, work instructions, and machine maintenance logs Suggest process improvements for higher productivity and cost reduction 6. Coordination with Other Departments Collaborate with design, purchase, and store teams to ensure smooth workflow Provide technical input on raw material selection and procurement Work closely with the maintenance team to keep machines in optimal condition Skills & Competencies Required: Strong knowledge of CNC machining, cutting tools, and programming (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.) Ability to read & interpret complex engineering drawings (GD&T expertise preferred) Hands-on experience with tool selection, feeds, speeds, and work holding Problem-solving skills for troubleshooting machine/process issues Familiarity with inspection tools (CMM, micrometers, height gauges, etc.) Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and production reporting tools Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Yearly bonus Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
