Job Description As an iOS Developer at Vikgol you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of our mobile applications. You will work closely with our team of talented engineers to develop innovative and user-friendly iOS applications that meet the needs of our users. Key Responsibilities Design and Build : Design, build, and maintain advanced applications for the iOS platform. Collaborate : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to define, design, and ship new features. Optimize : Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Code Review : Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members. Debugging : Identify and fix bugs, and optimize the application for maximum performance. Testing : Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for code and APIs. Requirements Proven experience as an iOS developer, with a strong portfolio of released applications on the App Store. Proficiency in Swift and/or Objective-C. Strong understanding of the full mobile development lifecycle. Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services. Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc. Knowledge of UI/UX standards and guidelines for iOS. Experience with third-party libraries and APIs. Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications Experience with CI/CD tools and practices. Knowledge of Apple's design principles and interface guidelines. Experience with performance and memory tuning with tools like Instruments and Shark. Familiarity with Firebase or similar platforms.
