Job Description We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with experience in Policy Data Conversion to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SQL, Guidewire Policy Center, and will have a proven track record of assisting in data conversion projects related to insurance policy management systems. Experience in ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes is a plus. Need 1 BA with Policy data conversion experience. Mandatory Skills SQL, Guidewire Policy Center Experience. Nice to have skills ETL Key Responsibilities Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements for policy data conversion. Analyze and document business and technical requirements related to policy data migration. Collaborate with developers and technical teams to design and implement data conversion strategies. Conduct data mapping, transformation, and validation activities for the policy data conversion process. Develop and execute test cases to ensure accuracy and completeness of the data conversion process. Ensure alignment of converted data with business objectives and policy administration processes. Provide ongoing support for policy data conversion post-implementation. Mandatory Skills Strong experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Policy Data Conversion in the insurance industry. Proficient in SQL for data analysis, querying, and data validation. Hands-on experience with Guidewire Policy Center, including configuration and policy data migration. Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and business teams.,
