Key Responsibilities: Meeting and liaising with clients to discuss and identify their digital requirements. Understand brand briefs, tonality and develop refined communication structure of the brand. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to create novel and original work for a variety of audiences Lead and execute copy development for brand engagements. Team with Art Supervisor to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns. Partner with Creative, Account and Client teams to ensure copy that advances creative brief objectives and accomplishes marketing objectives Help mentor more junior Copy Writers, developing their ability to produce quality work Think strategically about 360 creative solutions or full service digital solutions and responding confidently internally and with clients. Must Have: 8+ years of copywriting experience with a Digital Marketing/Advertising agency A strong copy portfolio, having worked on big brand campaigns Trained and lead a team of junior copywriters Advantage Social Panga: Work with a bunch of people who are crazy about communication and content; and are happy to spend hours at end fussing over just the correct combination of words. Work out of an office thats nothing like an office. We hate cubicles and dress codes, and love crazy posters and endless chai coffee discussions.
