So, do you want to be part of our team Business Analyst Experience: 3-4yrs Job Code : ETS34BA Description We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in project management to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT Industry and be adept at translating business requirements into actionable insights. This role will play a crucial part in driving projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and functional specifications. Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. Act as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and external partners to ensure clear communication and alignment of objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement. Strong Agile and Waterfall Business Analyst experience in both Web and Mobile projects. Ability to create proposals and case studies. Experience managing projects from start to finish, across multiple technical systems and platforms. Previous experience managing developers, both in-house and offshore. Work closely with technical team, Producing and supporting detailed, key project deliverables, including complex business requirements, throughout the project life cycle. Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met. Requirement Candidates with 3+ years prior experience in Business Analyst. Strong analytical and project costing skills. Familiar with Agile methodologies Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Proficient in using business analysis tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Excel, JIRA). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
