- Job Description: As a Pediatric Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pediatric services and level-3 NICU care to healthcare professionals including pediatricians, pediatric specialists, hospitals, and clinics. You will work closely with medical professionals to understand their needs, deliver product information, and provide ongoing support for the products and services we offer. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with pediatricians, healthcare professionals, and key decision-makers. Present and promote our pediatric services to healthcare providers. Identify and target new business opportunities within the pediatric healthcare market. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors activity, and regulatory changes. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to share market insights and customer feedback. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and territory reports. Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in medical sales, with a focus on pediatrics or healthcare products (preferred). Strong understanding of the pediatric healthcare market and related regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and achieve sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.,
