This role is based in the office, but you will play a key role in overseeing field sales operations, ensuring the team is on track, and collecting important sales data. Data Collection & Reporting Sales Performance Tracking Support & Training Client Feedback & Quality Control Requirements: 1+ year of experience in a sales management or coordination role (experience in the automobile finance sector is a plus). Strong communication skills and the ability to manage and motivate a remote team. Ability to collect, track, and analyze sales data effectively. Basic knowledge of automobile finance products is helpful but not required; we will provide training. Comfortable working in an office environment while overseeing the field teams activities.
