Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the financial operations of the company. The CFO will play a crucial role in financial planning, risk management, regulatory compliance, and strategic decision-making to drive the company's financial health and long-term success. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute financial strategies to drive the company's growth and profitability. Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support business objectives. Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to senior management and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including RBI and NBFC guidelines. Implement and maintain robust financial controls, risk management frameworks, and internal auditing systems. Manage capital allocation, fundraising initiatives, and investor relations. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to make strategic business decisions. Drive cost optimization and operational efficiencies across financial processes. Evaluate investment opportunities and assess potential risks and returns. Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities. Qualifications & Skills Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory. An MBA in Finance is preferred. Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in the NBFC or financial services sector. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance. Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with business objectives. Experience in handling fundraising, capital structuring, and investor relations. Expertise in financial modeling, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment (ref:iimjobs.com),
