The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, from planning and execution to monitoring and completion. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring project success. Roles & Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget. Oversee site execution, ensuring that projects are completed according to specifications, on time, and within budget. Stationed at the construction site until the project completes. Coordinate with construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Utilize AutoCAD to create, review, and modify detailed project drawings and requirements. Ensure that all drawings and plans are accurate and aligned with project schematics. Prepare and review detailed project estimates and budgets. Manage the billing process, including the preparation and submission of bills, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Monitor project costs and make adjustments as necessary to stay within budget. Implement and maintain quality control and safety procedures to ensure high standards of work. Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant regulations and standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelors degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on AutoCAD drawing, site execution, bills passing, estimation and quality control. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure.
