10+ years of relevantin B2B sales, business and account management experience BFSI/ ATM space is Bengaluru / Bangalore Strategic Alliance/ Business Development/B2B Business Development Responsible for driving the revenue stream for BTI_, leveraging the india1 network ATMs, by building strategicwith banks and otherentities. Manage existing relationships and new ones for expanding business footprint Create the long, medium short term plans according organisational goals and objectives Achieve the top-line andline targets for the_ Product Define the product and landscape taking into accountand market requirements Define the product specification, for each relationship Be in-charge for all RFPs and proposals pertaining strategic alliances with banks Collections/ account receivables Ensuring collection of all outstanding accounts receivables form and customers Responsible for other aspects collections, resolve customer billingand reducing the amount accounts receivables. Reporting & SLA Adherence Continuously monitor and manage SLA against service delivery, as the SLA is to on a monthly. Creating and obtaining buy-in the structure of the Level Agreements. Negotiating Service Level Requirement Service Level Agreements with. Ensuring Service Level Targets / Service Level Objectives within SLA is met.,
