Role Description We are looking for a diligent, self-driven Product Manager to define the product strategy for our flagship product, and help lead our product development efforts in an exciting space. This is an extremely impactful role where you'll work closely with our leadership team to set direction and drive major strategic and product initiatives for the company. You'll define our overall product roadmap, gather customer feedback, analyze overall market trends and partner with our Development teams to drive rapid and effective product innovation. Lead efforts to align stakeholders across disciplines and functions. Exercise sound judgment and precision in decision-making. Foster collaboration and innovation across Engineering, Data and UX to create world-class products. Cultivate trust and elevate team dynamics and product excellence on a continuous journey of improvement. Ensure timely delivery without compromising on quality Take full ownership of product triumphs and ensure their seamless integration into the user experience. Embrace responsibility for product evolution, informed by direct customer input. Tackle head-on the most intricate challenges within your projects. Streamline workflows to empower others to work smarter, not harder. You'd make an ideal candidate if you have: 3+ years of Product Management experience, at least some of it working on a B2B SaaS product. A passion for building a world-class product, combined with the ability to think big. Like really big. Demonstrated ability to successfully take features from ideal through launch, and drive customer adoption and growth once they are launched Solid technology grounding and prior experience working on web products, preferably for a global audience Built something consumer-facing and have a strong point of view on user experience. You consider yourself a true user advocate and are able to demonstrate that customer empathy with examples from your past. Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, and a natural ability to inspire and influence your co-workers A strong desire to drive big impact. to making a difference.
