- Position Project Manager Job Title Manager Job Grade G10/G11A Function Project and Engg Sub-function Projects Managers Job Title DGM Skip Level Managers Title Function Head Title: Sr. GM Location: Acme Mumbai No. of Direct Reports (if any) The incumbent will be responsible for tracking of all ongoing projects progress & co-ordination with purchase team, consultant , Site project execution & vendors to ensure timely execution and removal of any bottlenecks Areas of Responsibility Job Responsibilities Candidate able to perform Basic design and detailed Engg for API projects Preparation of Project estimation with schedule milestone - micro activity chart Preparation of equipments data sheet technical comparison with lifecycle cost as opex and capex Preparation of layout PFD P & I as per project requirement Project co-ordination with site for URS- Data sheet completion Tracking of Project Progress as per master schedule , highlighting critical deviation with action Co-ordination with Project consultant for basic and detailed engg Co-ordination with Purchase team for procurement completion giving required input details Co-ordination with vendors for technical discussion- quote - drawing receipt and approval Co-ordination with vendors / contractors for periodic inspection and timely completion of job Co-ordination inter-department streams involving civil mechanical- process automation electrical design for execution Preparation of monthly report for all ongoing project budget tracking PR-PO tracking for timely completion Site project execution coordination with all stake holders for timely completion of projects Travel Estimate 50 % Job Scope Internal Interactions (within the organization) Purchase Production R& D- QA- EHS- Engg Project External Interactions (outside the organization) Project consultant/ Vendors Geographical Scope Financial Accountability (cost/revenue with exclusive authority) Job Requirements Educational Qualification BE in Mechanical Engg Specific Certification MS-Office Excel- Presentation AutoCAD Project Management Skills Experience 12 + Years in API Projects Disclaimer: The preceding job description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employee within this classification.
