- About BharatNXT BharatNXT is part of the Google for AI startups cohort: https://blog.google/intl/en-in/welcoming-the-inaugural-class-of-google-for-startups accelerator-apps-2024/ About the Role As a Management Associate, you will work closely with the CEO and Founders Office to drive high-impact strategic initiatives. Your core focus will be deep-dive into emerging fintech productshow theyre built, funded, regulated, and monetizedboth in India and globally. You'll be a part of investor relations, analyze business models, track industry trends, and understand the backend mechanics of these innovations. This is not a typical desk jobwe want someone who can go beyond surface-level to truly understand the fintech ecosystem, engage with stakeholders, and bring actionable insights to the team. Youll also assist with high-priority projects in the Founders Office. This role offers a steep learning curve and a birds-eye view of the MSME fintech space, making it ideal for someone who wants to grow into a future leadership role at BharatNXT. Key Responsibilities Deep Strategic Research & insights Investigate new fintech products, their funding, regulations, business models, competitors, and global comparisons. Cross-Team Collaboration Work with Product, Tech, and Founders to drive strategic initiatives. Investor Relations Assist with investor updates, reports, and fundraising efforts. Ad-hoc Strategic Projects Take ownership of critical projects that drive BharatNXTs growth. Qualification & Skills Required Has 1-3 years of experience in consulting, Big 4, or a high-growth startup Is naturally curious, analytical, and detail-oriented Has experience in researching products, companies, and markets to generate valuable insights Has a product-first mindsetunderstands how fintech products work under the hood Is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, unstructured environments Can own projects end-to-end with minimal supervision ,
