- Job Title: Product Manager Location: Pune Budget: 18 to 20 LPA Experience: 8 to 11 Years Employment Type: Full-Time (FTE) Job Overview We are seeking a highly experienced Product Manager with a strong background in the InsurTech/Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in developing and delivering InsurTech platforms and products. This role requires a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage and influence diverse teams. The candidate should also possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to support business decisions. Key Responsibilities Product Development & Delivery: Lead the development and delivery of InsurTech platforms/products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Team Management: Manage and influence a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Agile Methodologies: Apply Agile development principles, using Scrum or Kanban frameworks to deliver products efficiently and effectively. Product Ownership: Perform the role of Product Owner, managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch, and ensuring successful delivery. Program Management: Plan, monitor, and control programs, using lean/agile practices to optimize product delivery. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize strong analytical and quantitative skills to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and drive product strategy. Leadership & Communication: Provide effective leadership, building respect and a sense of community among Scrum teams, and ensuring clear and effective communication across all levels of the organization. Requirements And Skills Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Technology. Post-graduation degree in Technology or Management. Domain Knowledge: Extensive knowledge and experience in the InsurTech/Insurance domain. Experience: 8+ years of experience in developing and delivering InsurTech platforms/products. Proven experience in Agile development delivery using Scrum or Kanban frameworks. Experience in managing and influencing diverse teams. Certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is preferred. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of lean/agile practices. Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management processes. Soft Skills: Effective leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to command respect and create a sense of community among team members. Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use data and metrics for decision-making.,
