Job Description
- Responsibilities Lead the Centre of Excellence (COE) for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and manage a team of engineers. Act as a primary customer-facing AI expert, assisting in client consultations. Communicate complex AI concepts to clients clearly and understandably, showcasing the value of AI in IT Services. Own the solutioning process and align AI projects with client requirements. Drive the development of AI and ML solutions that address business problems. Collaborate with development teams and solution architects to develop and integrate AI solutions. Monitor and evaluate the performance and impact of AI and ML solutions and ensure continuous improvement and optimization. Define and implement the AI and ML strategy and roadmap based on business objectives and vision. Communicate the vision, value, and progress of the AI and ML initiatives, effectively. Establish and maintain best practices and standards for architecture, AI and ML models, innovation, and new technology evaluation. Identify and explore new and emerging technologies and trends in the field of AI and ML and assess their potential value. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the COE, and across teams and provide mentorship/guidance to the team members. Build a team of AI experts and develop AI talent. Requirements 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3-5 years of experience in leading AI and ML projects and teams. Proven track record of delivering successful AI and ML solutions that address complex business problems. Expertise in architecture, AI and ML models, innovation, and new technology evaluation. Proficiency in various AI and ML techniques and tools, such as deep learning, NLP, computer vision, ML frameworks, cloud platforms, etc. Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to think strategically, creatively, and analytically, and to translate business requirements into AI and ML solutions. Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest developments and trends in the field of AI and ML. Demonstrated commitment to ethical and socially responsible AI practices.
