Job Description: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. Manage a team of IT professionals, ensuring systems are reliable, efficient, and aligned with business goals. Experience in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of IT infrastructure and client management is essential. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals. Design and implement IT infrastructure strategies. Ensure security and scalability of IT systems. Manage hardware, software, and network deployments. Oversee O&M activities to ensure system reliability and uptime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Prioritize and manage IT projects. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in IT or related field. 6 to 8 years in IT infrastructure, with at least 2 years in leadership. Strong technical expertise in network design and cloud services. Experience in O&M of IT infrastructure. Proven experience in client management and relationship building.
